When are permission slips (Activity Consent Forms) required?
Permission slips are needed for every activity outside of a regular Den/Pack meeting.
Bring it with or email it to your Den Leader, Cubmaster or Cubscoutpack26stray@gmail.com
You can fill out one slip for all of the Pack hikes. In the area that names the activity just type in "Monthly Pack Hike Program" and date it from the date you signed it until the end of September. We will update these every September.

Need to update your medical forms with the Pack? Look no further! The link below goes to the BSA web page that has the forms in a PDF fillable version and information that may answer your questions about the forms. Once completed, bring them with you and give them to the Cubmaster, Committee Chairman or email it to Cubsoutpack26stray@gmail.com
Medical forms need to be updated annually. We will update them every September.

Our primary source of information, communication, calendar of events, individual Scout accounts (fees, balances due, credits) and advancement records is Scoutbook and the Pack email; cubscoutpack26stray@gmail.com
